Responsibilities:

• Ensure all heath and safety policies, procedures, and instructions are developed and meet the requirements of the COR program and all other MOL guidelines.

• Ensure that health and safety program is communicated and adhered to by all personal including subtrades.

• Undertake health and safety site inspections and identify any nonconformance(s) or dangerous situations, recommend corrective action and follow up to ensure the nonconformance(s) or dangerous situation is effectively addressed. Conduct on site health and safety meetings as needed.

• Assist in planning for new jobs as it relates to safety.

• Ensure all new employees receive health and safety orientation training and are outfitted with the necessary PPE, and trained on the safe use of all equipment.

• Conduct and maintain all health and safety training records for all the company employees.

• Utilize statistical tools to assist in the effort of continuous improvement of the health and safety program.

Skills and qualifications:

​

• 2-5 years of working knowledge of a health and safety program. In depth knowledge of the COR program is a must. University or college degree or equivalent is a must.
